Q9: How do we plan to service the debt?
A9: All parishioners are encouraged to participate in making this project a reality, through prayer and financial contributions. The diocesan Chief Operational Officer is meeting with our pastor and bookkeeper in early May. They will discuss a variety of topics, including the building project and the Mini-Capital Campaign.
Q10: What was the impetus for the dramatic change?
A10: The original location includes a huge grade change that requires a lot of fill, along with requiring demolition and relocation of parking spaces and lighting. It would also require ramps and stairs to reach the structure and utility rework, with an estimated cost of half a million dollars.
